Hi Mike, I bought the Huawei P8max Gold last year on August 21st and I told everyone about your service and how awesome my experience was and how you took the time to reassure that my package will get to me by taking pictures of the packaging that was very cool .. and now I have to take your offer about it gets one year warranty you said I can ship it back to you if I need to if anything went wrong with the phone you would fix it and send it back to me... the problem I'm having is with the touch screen it's not allowing me to text properly or move things around it seems like the sensors on the screen are not responding.. what is the appropriate way to send it back to company for repairs.. sincere
