In our early years we opened and tested every single device we sent out, because back then factory defects did occur - but we haven't had a device arrive faulty in many years now, so it really isn't something to worry about. In the unlikely event it did, you'd simply send it back and we'd ship you a new one. And if it turns out to be a software issue, an update usually fixes it - we'll walk you through it remotely.

Yes - as long as it hasn't shipped yet, just message us with your order number and we'll cancel it. Once a parcel is on its way it can't be cancelled, so tell us as early as you can.
